We have direct access to the Puget Sound area NWMLS (Multiple Listings Service), and also to every other agent in the area and all of their listings. 

We Also have direct access to LandsofAmerica.com, LandWatch.com, LoopNet.com, CIMLS.com, CoStar.com which have properties for sale that are not listed on the NWMLS. These properties can be residential, commercial or investment. 

We have relationships with many builders, developers and investors that have inventory not formally listed for sale. If your search matches something they have, we will let show you also.
